Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Fideltav Tech LLP, we believe in helping our customers as far as possible and have therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. This policy applies to all our products, including future products as well.

General Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Fideltav Tech LLP does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

 

General Refund Policy:

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our customer service team within the same day of receipt of the product.

The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the issue.

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product.

 

The customer service team, after reviewing your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.

For products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the manufacturer directly.

 

In case of any refunds approved by Fideltav Tech LLP, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

 

Es Health Manager Platform (SaaS-based Model) Specific Policy:

Es HMP is sold on a subscription basis and may include one-time setup costs, processing charges, or onboarding charges.

 

Only the subscription charges may be refunded if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this period, cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the subscription charges.

One-time setup costs, processing charges, and onboarding charges are non-refundable.
